I thought that many customers did not operate the nitrogen generator according to the correct operation process after purchasing the nitrogen generator. Such an operation room has hidden dangers, which not only brings damage to the product, but also brings danger to their own safety. Therefore, the nitrogen generator can be better used only if the operation process of the nitrogen generator is strictly required, and the nitrogen produced in this way is also very large. Steps to start using the nitrogen generator:

1. First check the position of the system valve (open and close), the outlet door of the air compressor is normally open, the inlet door of the nitrogen generator is closed, and the water inlet and outlet doors of the booster are closed, and the door of the nitrogen storage tank is closed at the season.

2. Power on the system 3. Turn on the nitrogen generator first, and after the surface shows the value, set the temperature value on the thermometer to 40°C and set the purity value on the purity table to 0.6.

4. Turn on the cooling dryer and make it work for 1-2 minutes, and check the evaporation table together and it cannot be zero.

5. Open the air compressor to make the pressure in the air tank above 1.1MPa, open the inlet door of the nitrogen generator.

6. Adjust the sampling flowmeter of the nitrogen generator to about 1.5. 7. Open the water inlet gate of the supercharger, and open the two upper gates of the feeder, so that the water column is about 50mm, close the gate, open the drain valve, and then open the nitrogen storage tank into the seasonal gate .

8. When the nitrogen light on the nitrogen generator is on, (the actual value of purity is lower than the set value), open the supercharger.

9. When the supercharger fills up the nitrogen storage tank, the supercharger stops automatically, and when the temperature of the thermometer on the nitrogen generator is set to 0°C, the actual temperature of the thermometer is reduced by 30°C or less (in summer to room temperature) ), close the inlet door of the nitrogen generator.
