PSA nitrogen generator refers to a device that uses air as raw material and uses physical methods to separate oxygen and nitrogen to obtain nitrogen. Under a certain pressure , the nitrogen generator produces nitrogen from the air. The purified and dry compressed air is subjected to pressure adsorption and decompression desorption in the adsorber. Then the nitrogen generator is decompressed to normal pressure, and the adsorbent desorbs the adsorbed oxygen and other impurities to complete the regeneration. Usually two adsorption towers are set up in the system, one tower absorbs nitrogen and the other tower desorbs and regenerates. The opening and closing of the pneumatic valve is controlled by the PLC program controller, so that the two towers are replaced and circulated, so as to complete the continuous production of high-quality nitrogen. .
