Application of explosion-proof nitrogen generator in petrochemical industry

 The chemical industry is the industry with the most applications of explosion-proof nitrogen generator equipment. Currently, it is widely used:

   Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with 99.5% purity and high flow rate.

   Polypropylene (PE), purity 99.9%, high flow rate, product nitrogen application is divided into two parts, one is activator, catalyst needs 99.9% nitrogen (a small amount) in filling and emptying, the reactor is a large amount of nitrogen 99.5% , the habit is to be 99.9% pure.

   Polyethylene, aniline, purity 99.95%, petrochemical When the catalyst is regenerated, the product aniline is about 4 times that of normal nitrogen, but the service life is short.

Maleic anhydride and ethanol, the general purity is 99.9%, and the petrochemical product polyoxymethylene (currently there are not many domestic manufacturers, and the demand is large), the purity is 99.9%.

Petroleum: It can be used for nitrogen purging of pipeline containers in the system, nitrogen filling, replacement, leak detection of storage tanks, combustible gas protection, and also used for diesel hydrogenation and catalytic reforming. The purity is generally 99.9%.

Phthalic anhydride: 99% pure.

Polyester: the upstream raw material PTA (purified terephthalic alcohol), the actual use purity is 95%, generally accounting for 99%.

In the PTA production process, the high-purity nitrogen purging method of the explosion-proof nitrogen generator was used to measure the liquid level of the ethylene glycol raw material in the high-temperature and low-temperature reaction kettle, and the pressure difference between the high-pressure end and the low-pressure reaction kettle. Measure the pressure end, then transmit a standard signal of 4-20mA, and then convert to liquid level height. Explosion-proof nitrogen generator high-purity nitrogen is used to measure the pressure of the vacuum system, and the filter is backflushed with high-purity nitrogen during the PTA production process. According to the actual process, polyester chips are generally 99%~99.999%, and the downstream products are filaments and short filaments, 99.9~99.999%.

More typical uses of explosion-proof nitrogen generators:

Inerting of gas layers above storage liquids; cleaning of vessels, pipes, reactors and isolation chambers; spinning of synthetic fibers, drawing anti-chlorination, anti-corrosion of equipment; production of paints and coatings with nitrogen filling to prevent polymerization of grease as it dries; protection of oil tankers Gas (nitrogen sealing and purge gas for oil surface); inert gas supply for offshore engineering; dry quenching, catalyst regeneration, petroleum fractionation, nitrogen fertilizer feedstock, catalyst protection, scrubbing gas, rubber packaging and storage, tire production, etc.; nitrogen injection extraction oil etc.
