What are the requirements for the installation site of the oxygen production equipment and the metho

Release time: 2022-09-01

Oxygen generators are widely used in many industries, with strong functionality and high oxygen production efficiency. The main application areas include smelting industry, chemical industry, machinery industry, energy industry, national defense industry and medical sector. Oxygen generators are very important to the medical sector. The gap and demand are huge, so do you understand the requirements for the installation site of oxygen production equipment? What are the main methods of making oxygen? Today, I will explain it to you.
First, Requirements for the installation site of oxygen production equipment
1. Generally speaking, all equipment in the system does not need foundation, and the indoor floor is flat and clean. However, for larger specifications of air compressors, compressed air drying equipment, etc., if the equipment has basic requirements, it is necessary to do the basics. At the same time, for the convenience of equipment maintenance and cleaning, it is best to make a flat table 10cm above the ground on the ground of the air compressor, drying equipment, oxygen generator, and oxygen booster.
2. The arrangement order of each equipment in the system is connected and arranged in the order of the oxygen production process. Before the contract is signed, the user should provide the equipment installation plant size map or site map and the location of the air inlet and the finished oxygen outlet. Our company will provide the user with a complete set of oxygen production system according to the user's actual site within a week after the equipment contract is signed. Schematic diagram of the device layout and connection.
3. For example, each equipment is arranged along the wall of the workshop. The air compressor and the refrigerated dryer should be placed on the upper air vent or in a well-ventilated place. If there is no air storage tank behind the air compressor, the distance between the air compressor and the refrigerated dryer should be as large as possible. The length of the pipeline should be as long as possible in order to reduce the temperature of the compressed air through the atmospheric environment. The distance between each device should be at least 1m, and the distance between each device and the wall should be at least 0.8m. The operation surface of the device should face the direction that is convenient for personnel to operate, so as to facilitate the operation, maintenance and repair of the device.
4. The pipeline connections between them should be determined according to the actual situation after all the equipment is in place, therefore, these pipeline connections are the responsibility of the user. All pipelines should preferably be hard-connected (threaded or welded), and should be constructed by professionals to avoid leakage.

Second, What are the main methods for oxygen production equipment to produce oxygen?
1. Separation method
Using the permeation selectivity of some organic polymeric membranes, when air passes through the membrane (0.1um) or hollow fiber membrane, the rate of oxygen passing through the membrane is about 4-6 times that of nitrogen, thereby realizing the separation of oxygen and nitrogen. This method is simple in installation, convenient in operation, quick in start-up and low in investment. However, the concentration of oxygen in the finished product is relatively low, generally 28%-35%, so it can only be used in fields that do not require high oxygen purity.
2. Solution
The principle used is to pass direct current in the aqueous solution of dilute sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide or sodium sulfate to separate water and electricity. Every time 1m? of oxygen is produced, 2m? of hydrogen can be obtained. However, because it takes 12-15 kWh to produce 1m? of oxygen, the power consumption is too large, and the method cannot be used to achieve large-scale production.
3. Pressure adsorption method
Molecular sieve oxygen generator is an advanced gas separation technology. The physical method (PSA method) extracts oxygen directly from the air, ready to use. The oxygen generator is filled with molecular sieve. In the case of pressurization, the physical adsorption technology and desorption technology of molecular sieve are used to adsorb nitrogen in the air, and the unadsorbed oxygen will be collected. A relatively high-purity oxygen can be obtained. The molecular sieve oxygen generator is a mature product. The standard PSA oxygen generator can realize 24-hour uninterrupted oxygen generation, and there is no danger of high pressure and explosion.
4. Study the Fa
Chemical oxygen production is an oxygen production method that decomposes oxygen-rich compounds for people to use through chemical reactions. This kind of oxygen generator is cheap, but the consumption of raw materials is relatively large under long-term use, resulting in usage costs. At the same time, the production capacity of this method is small and cannot produce a large amount of oxygen. It is now only used in the production of small household portable oxygen concentrators.
5. Law
It is to first cool the air through compression and expansion until the air is liquefied, and then use oxygen and nitrogen to have different low temperatures (boiling points). In a certain equipment; in the rectification tower, oxygen first turns into a liquid and flows out, so as to carry out air separation. The scale of this method is relatively large, generally more than several thousand cubic meters per hour, the one-time investment of equipment is large, the gas generation time is long, the equipment is complex, the area is large, and the requirements for operators are high. Generally, it is only used as the supply source of finished oxygen.
The above is all the explanation. If you want to know more about the company, please consult the website customer service.
