1) Decomposition furnace liner: The inner liner of the ammonia decomposition hydrogen production furnace is made of high-quality heat-resistant stainless steel 2520 and TIG welded. The use of U-shaped tubular vertical decomposition furnace can make the flow rate of liquid ammonia slow down evenly when entering, so that the nickel catalyst in the furnace can be fully utilized without dead ends. The use of this material has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, strong corrosion resistance and long service life.

2) Catalyst: Z204 high temperature sintered nickel catalyst from Southwest Chemical Industry Research Institute is used, which has a good decomposition effect on liquid ammonia, has high decomposition activity, is not easy to pulverize, and the catalyst is not easy to age.

3) Heating element: Nickel-chromium alloy heating wire is used in the internal heating system, which has high thermal efficiency and is not prone to failure. The thermal insulation system adopts Japanese Isolac aluminum silicate fiber thermal insulation cotton, which has good thermal insulation effect and reduces the heat dissipation of the ammonia decomposition furnace. Effectively reduce power consumption. Replacing the heating wire without stopping the gas: the replacement cycle of the drawing heating wire is short, and the replacement operation can be completed in half an hour. Our company adopts a new structure to replace the heating wire without stopping the gas: when the heating wire is broken or damaged, disconnect the power supply, and then pull the heating wire out from the side of the furnace. Insert the new heating wire in and turn on the power supply. The replacement cycle of the drawn heating wire is short, and the replacement operation can be completed in 10 minutes. In the past, the old-fashioned structure used a built-in heating wire. When the heating wire was broken or damaged, the entire furnace should be stopped. After the furnace temperature dropped, the furnace was opened and the heating wire was taken out and replaced, because some companies could not buy two devices at the same time. , one for working and one for standby. This is a waste of time and affects the normal production of the company. Sometimes the price of a company's furnace product may be more expensive than the price of a set of equipment.

4) Gas cooler: equipped with a gas heat exchanger, it can initially reduce the temperature of the high-temperature decomposition gas coming out of the ammonia decomposition furnace, and it can also gasify the liquid ammonia entering the ammonia decomposition furnace, reduce the pressure of the ammonia decomposition furnace, and reduce the heat from the gas. The exchanger is initially cooled.

5) Temperature control: digital display temperature controller and K-type thermocouple are used to control temperature by zone. The thermocouple adopts the compensation wire, which effectively solves the phenomenon that the temperature deviation of the ammonia decomposition furnace is large during the heating process. In this way, the setpoint temperature or control adjustment is extremely convenient.

6) Alarm function: When the ammonia pressure of the ammonia decomposition furnace is too high or too low, or the temperature is abnormal, the system will sound and light alarm, prompting inspection and adjustment.
