Non-electricians should not open the door of the electric control box to avoid electric shock. 5. When using compressed air to test the leak, the pressure should not exceed 0.4MPa to prevent the glass of the flowmeter from breaking.

Working principle of ammonia decomposition equipment: 1 mole of ammonia (gaseous) can be decomposed into 3/2 moles of hydrogen and 1/2 moles of nitrogen under a certain pressure and temperature and the catalysis of nickel catalysts, and absorb a certain amount of heat. Its chemical formula is as follows: The hydrogen and nitrogen mixture decomposed by 2NH3 catalyst 3H2 +N2-Q utilizes the principle of temperature swing adsorption regeneration, and the water and residual ammonia in it are adsorbed through the 13X molecular sieve bed, and their properties remain unchanged, so as to achieve drying and purification. The 13X molecular sieve is heated, washed with purified gas, and desorbed the moisture and residual ammonia adsorbed by the molecular sieve, so as to achieve the purpose of regeneration and reuse.

Advantages of hydrogen production by ammonia decomposition: The gas obtained by this method is a good protective gas, which can be widely used in semiconductor industry, metallurgical industry, and other industries and scientific researches that require protective atmosphere. The production of protective gas by ammonia decomposition is very easy to achieve in industry, because: 1. Ammonia is easily decomposed: the decomposition pressure is not high, under the action of catalyst, when the temperature is controlled at 800-850 °C, most of the ammonia can be decomposed, Its decomposition rate can reach 99.9%. 2. Easy gas purification: liquid ammonia as a raw material has a high purity, and the volatile impurities are only a small amount of inert gas and water dissolved in liquid ammonia, almost no oxygen. At the same time, under this condition, ammonia decomposition is irreversible. It can be seen that the moisture in the gas after ammonia decomposition can be removed by adsorption on a 13X molecular sieve bed. The dew point of the gas is -60 °C, and the residual ammonia is less than 5PPM, which is a refined hydrogen-nitrogen mixture, which can realize the undesired existence of the semiconductor industry. Harmful non-metallic elements. Such as: chlorine and oxygen. 3. In my country, the raw material liquid ammonia is easy to obtain, the price is low, and the consumption of raw materials is relatively small (2.5Nm3 mixed gas can be produced per kilogram of ammonia).
