So what are the requirements for the installation site and environment when the nitrogen generator is installed? The equipment of the nitrogen generator is deployed in sequence according to the process flow. The user needs to provide the equipment installation workshop size drawing and the position of the air inlet and the nitrogen outlet of the molded article, and plan the arrangement and connection diagram of the entire set of nitrogen generator equipment according to the actual site conditions.
The nitrogen generator system equipment usually has no basic requirements for the site, as long as the plant is flat and level, the installation conditions can be met. However, for larger specifications of air compressors, compressed air drying equipment, etc., it is practiced according to the manufacturer's requirements. For the sake of equipment maintenance, cleanliness and simplicity, it is better to make a flat table 10cm above the ground where the air compressor, drying equipment, nitrogen generator, and nitrogen purification device are placed.
The equipment is usually deployed along the walls of the factory building. The air compressor and the refrigerated dryer should be placed on the upper air vent or in a well-ventilated place. If there is no air storage tank behind the air compressor, the interval between the air compressor and the refrigerated dryer should be as large as possible. The length of the pipeline should be as long as possible to reduce the temperature of the shrinking air through the atmospheric environment. The distance between each device should be at least 1m, and the distance between each device and the wall should be at least 0.8m. The control surface of the device should face the position where the operator can easily operate it, so that the user can easily operate, protect and inspect the device.
The pipeline connection between the equipment depends on the essential condition of the equipment after it is in place. It is recommended that the pipeline connection be made by the user according to the needs. All pipelines use hard connection method (threaded connection or welding), and are constructed by specialized personnel to prevent leakage.
