One: One of the towers of the nitrogen generator is not completely exhausted
    1. Air leakage from one-way valve (replace one-way valve or inner sealing ring)
    2. The opening of the backflushing valve is too large (adjust the opening amount of the backflushing valve)
    3. Solenoid valve failure (detect the solenoid valve or replace it with a new one)


Two: The nitrogen purity of the nitrogen generator decreases
    1. The adsorption pressure is too high > 0.8Mpa (reduce the intake pressure)
    2. The adsorption pressure is too low <0.6Mpa (increase the intake pressure)
    3. The adsorption pressure is unstable (an air storage tank needs to be added at the inlet)
    4. Too much water and oil in the air source (check the working state of the air dryer, the use of the filter element and the installation of an oil-water separator)
    5. Too much air intake will make the pressure rise too fast (adjust the inlet control valve to reduce the air intake)
    6. Air leakage at the air outlet (reconnect and detect)
    7. Carbon molecular sieve poisoning failure or pulverization (carbon molecular sieve replacement of nitrogen generator)


Three: The nitrogen generator does not work
     1. The power indicator light is not on (check whether the fuse is normal - the location of the fuse is at the lower end of the power cord and the nitrogen generator socket. Use a flat-blade screwdriver to gently pick out the fuse. There are two fuses, one in Use a spare and replace if necessary.).
     2. The power plug or socket has no power (Check whether the plug or socket has power.)
     3. PLC failure of nitrogen generator (detection, maintenance or replacement)


Four: The pressure rises slowly.
    1. Insufficient intake air (increase intake air flow)
    2. Serious air leakage at the interface (reconnect)
    3. The one-way valve is leaking or blocked (check and clean up)


Five: The pressure of a tower has been zero.
    1. The computer controller does not work (check and debug)
    2. The valve does not work, the solenoid coil may be burned out or the valve core is stuck (touch it lightly with an iron tool to check whether the fastening screw at one end of the solenoid valve has magnetic attraction. If it proves that the coil is broken, it may be that the valve core is necrotic. Turn off the power , open the valve group, take out the valve group, wipe the dust on the valve core and the valve center with a clean soft cloth, and then reinstall it. If the coil is burned out, replace the coil)
    3. Maybe the pressure gauge is broken (check and replace the pressure gauge)
