制In addition to being used in the above industries, nitrogen generators are also widely used in many fields such as coal, petroleum, and oil transportation. With the advancement of science and technology and the development of society, the use of nitrogen is becoming more and more extensive. On-site nitrogen generator (nitrogen generator) has gradually replaced liquid nitrogen evaporation and bottled nitrogen with its advantages of low investment, low use cost and convenient use. and other traditional nitrogen supply methods.
1. Coal mining industry
This series of products are directly used in coal mines. Once there are signs of fire in the gobs of the working face or other places that need to be injected with nitrogen to prevent and extinguish fire, the nitrogen device will go down the well, and then be pulled by locomotives to the nearest place where fire prevention and extinguishing is required. After power supply, water supply, When the pipeline is connected, nitrogen production can be started and nitrogen injection can be carried out.
Sea and land transportation of various chemical products, oil products, nitrogen-filled transportation of liquid natural gas, and anti-corrosion preservation in the transportation of food and vegetables.
2. Warehousing: to prevent flammable materials in cellars and warehouses from catching fire and exploding and being filled with nitrogen for shipping: oil tankers use flammable and explosive gas for cleaning and protection to prevent dust explosions in warehouses and cellar wells, transportation and storage for fire fighting in coal mines.
3. Aerospace technology: rocket fuel booster, launch pad replacement gas and protective gas, astronaut manipulation gas, space simulation room, cleaning gas for aircraft fuel lines, etc.
For example, waste incineration and filling it in the light bulb can prevent the oxidation of the tungsten filament and slow down the volatilization rate of the tungsten filament, extending the service life of the light bulb. It can also be used to replace inert gas as a shielding gas when welding metals.
4. In museums, some precious and rare paintings and scrolls are often kept in nitrogen-filled cylinders, so that borers can be smothered in nitrogen. Others: paints and coatings are filled with nitrogen and oxygen to prevent oil from drying. Nitrogen is also an important chemical raw material, which can be used to prepare various fertilizers and so on.
5. Before the aircraft takes off or after landing, in order to prevent the explosion danger of the engine combustion chamber, it is usually necessary to clean the engine combustion chamber with nitrogen.
In addition, nitrogen is also used as a protective gas in atomic reactors.
6. Application in aerospace technology: On the rocket, in order to ensure the operation of the flammable and explosive liquid hydrogen device, nitrogen fire extinguishers are installed in appropriate parts. High-pressure nitrogen is also the pressurized gas for rocket fuel (liquid hydrogen-liquid oxygen) and the scavenging gas for combustion pipelines.
7. General pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production equipment
Nitrogen is the main component of air. It is a colorless, odorless, non-toxic and non-flammable gas at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. Its boiling point is -195.8°C, and its chemical properties are inactive. In addition to synthetic ammonia, nitrogen is usually widely used as a protective gas in metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, food, medicine, electronics, magnetic materials, transportation, heat treatment, tires, thermoelectricity, aviation and other industries.
Why is a nitrogen generator better than other drying equipment?
1. Does not consume compressed air
Compressed air is produced by a compressor. In the process of producing compressed air, a certain amount of energy is required. If other methods are used to dry the moisture in the compressed air, it will cause a certain loss to the compressed air. However, using a nitrogen generator to dry the water in it is to forcibly cool the compressed air containing water vapor to below the dew point, so that it condenses into liquid water and is separated from the compressed air, so it does not consume compressed air and can save energy.
2. Simple maintenance and no noise
The daily maintenance of the nitrogen generator is relatively simple, as long as the filter screen of the automatic drainer is cleaned on time. In addition, because the principle of drying moisture is different from other methods, there is no loud noise when drying the water vapor in the compressed air, so the noise from the operation of the equipment is usually not heard in the air compression room.
3. Low cost of use
Since the nitrogen generator does not need to add and replace the adsorbent regularly when processing the moisture in the compressed air, it can reduce the purchase cost of the adsorbent. In addition, although there are valve parts in the equipment, there is basically no problem of wear and tear during operation, so there is no need to replace the valve parts due to wear and tear. Therefore, using this equipment to dry compressed air will reduce costs.
